- You will then be issued an invoice with payment instructions.
- If you're local to Whanganui I am happy to hand deliver or make arrangements to save on postage, otherwise delivery is generally $8.

How to order

Payment Terms
- All payments must be made via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.
- Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

Delivery Policy
- Orders are shipped via track and trace courier bag with NZC within the next business day, once payment has been confirmed and received in our account. The cost is $8 .
- Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Shipping fees will be communicated during the order process if they fall outside of the generic offering.
Return Policy
- All greeting card orders are made-to-order and customised to meet your requirements. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on non-damaged stock.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.

- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
